TheBilingual Senior Project Manager | Account Manager oversees the successful planning and execution of corporate meetings, events, and incentive travel programs. This dual role involves managing day-to-day project operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams. The Account Manager serves as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates. At the same time, the Senior Project Manager handles logistics and team management from initial planning through final delivery. This role, based in Pickering, supports the execution of various programs including sales meetings, executive retreats, incentive trips, and trade shows. The position requires strong leadership, budget management skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Client Management Serve as the Client’s primary point of contact, ensuring regular communication and managing expectations. Develop and refine project elements such as website copy, mobile apps, and surveys in collaboration with clients. Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and manage client relationships. Project & Event Management Lead the project team in coordinating event logistics, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Oversee the development and maintenance of critical paths and ensure proper handling of scope changes. Manage function sheets, transportation logistics, and participant registration, ensuring accurate reporting and flawless execution. Team & Resource Management Coordinate pre-planning meetings, assign team roles, and manage resources effectively. Ensure the project team meets all timelines, goals, and deliverables. Oversee program budgets, supplier invoices, and account reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy. Participate in the final reconciliation process and debrief meetings for program evaluation. Event & Meeting Planning Research, recommend, and select meeting/incentive sites, ensuring alignment with program objectives. Oversee the creation of registration websites, mobile app content, and post-event surveys. Reporting & Analysis Generate necessary reports (e.g., Swoogo, participant details) and provide regular project status updates. Ensure data accuracy in tracking participant lists, transportation manifests, and financial reports. Source and evaluate partners and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and contract compliance. Manage all third‑party relationships to ensure they meet program expectations. 5-7 years of experience in corporate event planning and account management. Full-time, in‑office role (Monday to Friday), with potential for hybrid work based on management discretion. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong participant management and cross‑functional task coordination skills. Ability to maintain accurate data entry and efficient filing systems. Skilled in website development and list/report generation.
