Base Pay Range $120,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Job Summary The Operations Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. Duties / Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of roofing projects. Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization's operations division. Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems. Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization's goals and objectives. Supervise project managers and superintendents to ensure effective project execution. Maintain field operations schedule to meet customer demands and company budget goals. Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials. Identify and resolve challenges that may arise during roofing projects, fostering a solutions‑oriented approach. Collaborate cross‑functionally to address complex issues with creativity and efficiency. Required Skills / Abilities Proven experience as an operations Manager in the commercial roofing industry.
