About the role We’re seeking a Microsoft 365 Change Management Consultant to work with our Modern Workplace Collaboration team. The team focuses mainly on the Microsoft 365 space, including Copilot, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and related solutions. We handle projects ranging from migrating thousands of users to the cloud to building SharePoint Online meta‑tagging strategies, rolling out Microsoft Copilot, and guiding clients with security roadmaps. Responsibilities Provide support and guidance to clients around Adoption and Change Management, as well as Organizational Change Management. Deliver training and workshops to clients. Provide training on various Microsoft 365 solutions to clients and end users. Develop and deliver adoption plans. Create materials, presentations, and documentation. Assist in new offering development. Collaborate with technical consultants and architects on projects of varying size. Continuously develop skills in areas where the organization has need. Qualifications Comfortable leading workshops and interfacing directly with clients. Strong ability to produce professional PowerPoint and Word documents. Expert or near‑expert level in using AI, specifically Copilot, to elevate work efficiency. Committed to delivering promises on time and on budget. Excellent prioritization and time‑management skills. Comfortable as the main point of contact for client‑facing engagements. Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and applying them to bring value to clients.
