Customer Experience Representative - Bilingual French Location: Remote (Must reside in Canada) Compensation: $20.68–$21.63 CAD per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contract Duration: 13‑month fixed‑term contract Key Tasks Process quotes, orders, refunds, and warranties into the ERP system. Assist customers and sales representatives via phone and email with inquiries. Clientele is 90% English and 10% French. Follow up and provide ETA on orders.
