Responsibilities Manage job postings on various web platforms; Review applications and contact potential candidates; Conduct preliminary phone interviews and coordinate final interviews with management; Participate in job fairs and events where the company is present; Collaborate on market research to better position the company; Conduct reference checks and prepare contractual documents; Coordinate IT access setup, onboarding preparation, and the delivery of the welcome kit; Develop a schedule for the first few weeks.
