Purpose of the Job You manage Schematic & Apparatus resources (functional) and activities on the project you are responsible. You are responsible for the electrical deliveries for each electrical baseline of the project you are contributing to. Build and develop the S&A technical competency in the Team. Main Responsibilities Quality of delivery. Respect of the delivery planning. Level of application of standard PPL. Configuration management of deliverables. Continuous improvement or Return on Experience (RoE) management from previous projects. Accountable for: Delivery of the right product (respect all requirements) at the right moment to the CDL/HDL, comprising the complete electrical case or a set of electrical deliverables for each baseline: Functional Diagram and Wiring Diagram, Cubicle Design Electrical documents, Harness Delivery for Looms & Cubicles, participation in the electrical architecture at train level, application of Metier rules and processes. Responsible for: Managing the S&A QCD of the project, managing S&A workload of the project and effective utilisation of S&A Designers, subcontracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance). Required Profile Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent. 5 years or more of relevant experience. Electrical and electro technique engineering knowledge. Experience with E3 or other electrical CAD (at least 3 years). Experience in activity and team management (at least 2 years). Creation, modification or verification of electrical schematic. Selection and sizing of cable or other electrical components. Panel or harnesses manufacturing production support. Railway experience would be an asset. Catia V5 would be an asset. Additional Qualifications Good communication and interpersonal skills. Structured and organised with a hands‑on approach. Fluent in French & English. Ability to work in an international, multi‑site, matrix organization structure. Force of proposal to improve processes and deliverables.
