Overview We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst / Administrator on contract for one of our banking clients in Toronto. Client: Bank Location: Toronto, 2 days a week onsite Duration: 6 months Role Summary The ServiceNow Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical ServiceNow teams , gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications that enable effective ServiceNow solutions. The role focuses on process improvement, platform adoption, and value realization , not platform development. Responsibilities Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and ServiceNow technical teams to translate business needs into functional requirements. Gather and document requirements, create user stories, and support acceptance criteria and testing efforts. Support process improvement, platform adoption, and value realization within the ServiceNow implementation. Must Have skills / experience Minimum 5 yrs of experience as Business Analyst with Enterprise clients in ServiceNow Modules 5 yrs experience in Agile methodology 5 yrs experience in Jira, Confluence and Scrum Strong experience with documentation and creating user stories Nice to have Prior experience working with ServiceNow/ Asset Management / CMDB Prior experience working with Banking Sector #J-18808-Ljbffr
