Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring and training, to enable employees to reach their goals. Define individual goals and expected results for employees under your supervision. Conduct employee performance reviews, and lead the recruitment and onboarding of new employees. Interact with cross-functional teams in the establishment of projects scope, schedule and budget. Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers and partners representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget. Manage priorities between projects and activities. Manage communication and visibility reports for the various levels of the organization on risk mitigation, execution, resource allocation and budget. More than 10 years of relevant experience in aeronautics engineering. Strong experience working with multidisciplinary and technically complex projects in the aeronautics industry, and strong knowledge of aeronautics technology development.
