BSIP Administrator – Student Professional Development Support the award‑winning Brunel Summer Internship Programme (BSIP) as a BSIP Administrator. This part‑time role (17.5 hrs per week) is based at Brunel University London, Uxbridge Campus and is a permanent, Grade 5 position with a salary of £29,450‑£33,313 (pro‑rata) inclusive of London Weighting, potentially progressing to £35,054. Responsibilities Support the day‑to‑day delivery of the BSIP, acting as the main point of contact for students, employers and colleagues. Coordinate communications, maintain accurate records and system data. Assist with planning and running events and workshops. Monitor student engagement and contribute to reporting and impact‑evaluation activities. Qualifications Experience in an administrative, programme‑support or student‑facing role. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Experience supporting projects, events or employability initiatives is advantageous. Confident communication with diverse stakeholders and ability to manage competing priorities. Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a flexible, proactive and student‑focused approach.
