The Service Excellence organization is responsible for supporting TELUS business customers across Public and Private sectors, from mid-market to global enterprise level. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Customer Reporting & Analytics team and support the execution of systems standardization and migration initiatives.In this role, you will:Work alongside cross-functional teams to coordinate data transformation initiatives, including data conversion and mapping activitiesSupport the development of efficient, scalable reporting solutions for Enterprise and Public sector accountsFacilitate seamless integration across our data ecosystem by coordinating activities, removing blockers, and ensuring smooth execution across all project phasesCollaborate with external partners, sales, technical, go-to-market, and operations teams in a complex business environmentDevelop project plans and allocate resources to balance competing objectives while managing both business value and operational riskWhat we're looking for: A seasoned project manager with strong project management, business consulting, and collaboration skills who can combine pragmatic solutions with structured project management techniques to drive successful delivery in a complex, multi-stakeholder environmentRESPONSIBILITIES Project Execution & DeliveryEvaluate, plan, and implement strategic projects using effective project and change management methodologiesDefine objectives, secure resources, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of cross-functional initiativesManage project risks, dependencies, issues, and changes while balancing concurrent projectsEscalate blockers and issues to leadership as neededStakeholder & Relationship ManagementCommunicate project objectives and value to stakeholders; champion initiatives across the organizationManage stakeholder expectations and maintain diplomacy across competing prioritiesWork closely with Operations and Technology teams to minimize business disruptionsReport on project execution and health to leadership on a regular basisLead teams in defining objectives and securing appropriate resourcesProvide guidance and support to team members throughout all project phasesREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Data Management & IntegrationHands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and processes for data conversion and mappingProficiency with advanced data tools including Tableau Cloud, Power BI, and data transformation platformsStrong understanding of data standardization, data architecture optimization, and integration patternsExperience managing data quality, validation, and governance across diverse environmentsExposure to AI/ML implementation and oversight in business transformation initiativesUnderstanding of how predictive models and automation solutions can streamline reporting and enhance customer experienceAbility to evaluate AI tools and solutions that support business strategy and operational efficiencyProject Management & Technical CoordinationStrong project management skills with ability to manage complex, multi-phase initiativesExperience coordinating across IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partnersAbility to identify and resolve technical integration challengesSkills in resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management in complex environmentsDigital Transformation & Customer FocusUnderstanding of customer experience optimization through technology enablementAbility to balance technical requirements with business objectives and customer needsCollaboration & Problem-SolvingStrong cross-functional collaboration skills with technical, business, and operations teamsPragmatic approach to problem-solving in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsExcellent communication skills for translating between technical and business audiences#J-18808-Ljbffr
