The Mandate You will: Lead a focused brand refresh, including logo and visual identity updates(first 6 months). Oversee development of a modern, conversion-driven website. Establish marketing reporting and attribution discipline. Begin driving measurable contribution to qualified pipeline. You will work directly with senior leadership on positioning, go-to-market strategy, and revenue growth initiatives. Thereisno marketing team and no existing playbook. You will build the function from the ground up. Success will be measured by contribution to qualified pipeline and revenue growth. What Success Looks Like Clear, differentiated brand positioning in the market. A modern, conversion-focused website aligned to enterprise buyers. Defined marketing attribution and KPI reporting. Measurable marketing contribution to qualified pipeline. Foundationestablishedfor a scalable marketing function. What This Role Requires 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience in IT services, MSP, consulting, or related technology sectors. Demonstrated contribution to pipeline or revenue growth in a complex B2B sales environment. Experience leading brand positioning and website development that supports commercial outcomes. Ability to translate technical services into clear, compelling value for enterprise buyers. Builder mindset with the ability tooperatehands-on in a founder-led, growth-stage environment.
