We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer who thrives on challenges, collaboration, and innovation. Led by April Waddell, P. Eng., Project Director-Electrical, a seasoned leader with 18 years of technical expertise, known for her approachable leadership and technical depth, you’ll be joining a tight-knit team that values mutual support, open communication, and the satisfaction of seeing designs come to life. Key Responsibilities Design, coordinate, and oversee building electrical projects ranging from small, medium, large, to very large scale, depending on experience Act as project manager and discipline lead from planning through delivery Collaborate with internal teams and external partners Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions Ensure follow up on schedules, budgets, and professional fees Prepare specifications, technical reports, and service proposals Participate in expertise and studies during the pre project phase Support construction oversight and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Member of the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) Four or more years of relevant experience in building electrical engineering Experience in project coordination or management Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Office 365 suite Autonomous, organized, team-oriented, and client-focused Benefits A culture built on collaboration, knowledge sharing, talent development, and the quality of our work.
