Account Manager – Search and Social (Hybrid) - Universal Pictures Overview: The Account Manager – Paid Search and Paid Social is responsible for developing and leading the paid search and paid social media approach and executing tactics via multiple search and social channels. As the Account Manager, you will manage day‑to‑day operations and support of a global client’s paid search and social initiatives, developing strategy and managing execution based on the client’s business objectives. Responsibilities Manage paid search and paid social media campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok. Create, manage, and execute strategic paid search and social plans that meet client goals. Define campaign strategy and deliverables that exceed client expectations. Create, present, and secure client approval on campaign strategies and tactics. Monitor, track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment. Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal biddable teams and sister media agencies on campaign development. Maintain positive client relationships, expectations, and communications with assistance of internal resources. Build on existing paid search and paid social expertise, developing a reputation for innovation and efficiency. Stay current with industry trends and developments in paid search and paid social, digital marketing, and consumer behavior; recommend improvements. Lead new business presentations, POVs, best practices, and key process documentation. Qualifications Hands‑on experience planning and executing paid search and paid social campaigns. Knowledge of paid‑search and paid‑social platforms (Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snap, LinkedIn, Pinterest). Great attention to detail and strong time‑management skills. Minimum of 2 years paid search and paid social experience. Professional client engagement skills in a fast‑paced environment. High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Technical and analytical mindset.
