We are looking for a Legal Counsel with 4–6+ years’ post‑qualification experience to join our global legal team at adm‑indicia, a fast‑growing international business. This is a broad in‑house role offering hands‑on exposure across commercial contracting, corporate matters and global legal projects. You will work closely with colleagues across the UK, US, Europe and Asia, partnering with the business to support growth while managing risk. What You’ll Do Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs and DPAs Advise on general corporate and commercial legal matters Support disputes and contentious matters with external counsel Assist with corporate projects, including M&A Draft and maintain internal policies and governance documentation Support group insurance programmes and legal budgets Improve legal processes, templates and tools What We’re Looking For Qualified lawyer with 4–6+ years’ experience , ideally in corporate and commercial law Member in good standing of a Canadian provincial bar , or qualified in another common‑law jurisdiction In‑house and/or private practice background Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, international environment Clear communicator with strong organisational skills If you’re looking for a varied, global in‑house role with real ownership and visibility, we’d love to hear from you. adm-Indicia is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
