As an Account Specialist, you are creative, resilient, and passionate about exceeding sales targets. You will work with account managers to find real solutions for small and medium business owners using core TELUS Business products (Complex Telecom Solution, Fleet Services (IoT), or VOIP) so they can focus on growing their business. Responsibilities Outbound Sales: Acquire new small business accounts through strategic outbound campaigns, cold calling, prospecting, and upselling Pipeline Building: Make 40+ calls per day to generate opportunities and build a robust pipeline Manage accounts with nested products: Collaborate with Account Managers to leverage specialized knowledge for managing medium-sized business accounts (1-100 employees) and drive ongoing growth Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from opportunity qualification to closing deals with leads and prospects Relationship Building: Provide exceptional buying experiences by cultivating strong relationships, identifying current and future needs, and influencing key decision-makers Develop and maintain trust-based relationships aligned with TELUS’s value proposition to ensure long-term customer satisfaction Qualifications Bilingual in French and English Passion for growth and eagerness to learn Positive mindset and high energy Strong relationship-building skills and ability to establish rapport Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on success Effective time management and ability to set priorities Adaptability to a fast-paced, high-performing environment Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and virtual presentation abilities Employment Details Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting, Telecommunications, Utilities Join TELUS SMB today and embark on a rewarding sales career where your success is our priority! #J-18808-Ljbffr
