Job Posting: Executive Recruiter Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic talent acquisition and executive recruitment expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and results-driven teammates. You'll play a key role in attracting top-tier talent for leadership and strategic roles, directly contributing to Alstom’s growth and success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (HR, business leaders, finance), develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, and much more. We’ll look to you for: Collaborating with leaders across the Americas and clusters to define leadership hiring needs, both internally and externally. Leading strategic outreach efforts and engaging top-tier talent to build talent pipelines. Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends and insights from internal and external sources (business units, clients, external market) to guide future activities. Conducting market analyses and strategically approaching the required talent for leadership roles. Overseeing the full recruitment cycle and optimizing recruitment processes. Designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with Alstom’s growth. Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Contributing to innovative projects and supporting Alstom’s long-term transformation journey. Knowledge of another language besides French is an asset, as it will facilitate communication with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and clients. Knowledge of market insights and data applied to recruitment. Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration. A certification in human resources or recruitment. Strong business acumen.
