Source Atlantic Calgary, Street SE, Calgary, Alberta, Canada Data Analytics Manager – Rockview County, AB A strategic and hands‑on Data Analytics Manager will lead the Canadian data analytics function, driving excellence in data strategy, governance, and operational execution across Source Atlantic and Bolt Supply House. This role serves as a key bridge between business leaders and analytics, ensuring data initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives. The Manager will champion centralized data access, scalable analytics platforms, and a strong culture of data‑driven decision‑making, while maintaining high standards for data quality, integrity, and compliance. Responsibilities Recruit and develop analytics talent to meet evolving business and strategic needs Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the analytics team, ensuring clear communication and alignment Partner closely with FP&A and cross‑functional leaders to align analytics priorities and deliverables Contribute to the development and execution of the enterprise data and analytics strategy Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reports Ensure centralized, governed access to data and approved analytical models across the organization Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and documentation Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards Translate complex data into actionable insights to support leadership decision‑making Support the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of analytics tools, platforms, and data architecture Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify data needs, define KPIs, and measure business performance Promote a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and self‑serve analytics across the organization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field 5-8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, preferably in multi‑entity, multi‑region environments Proven experience leading analytics teams and delivering strategic, business‑focused insights Strong knowledge of data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and modern data platforms Hands‑on experience with data governance, data quality, compliance, and privacy standards Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously A customer‑service mindset with the ability to support both internal and external stakeholders Working Conditions This position offers flexibility to work on‑site or a hybrid arrangement.
