GHG emissions reduction, Deep energy retrofitsProject Management Lead – Retrofit Accelerator Organization: The Atmospheric Fund (TAF)Location: Downtown Toronto / Hybrid (see below)ResponsibilitiesSupport retrofit projects and associated initiatives across all phases of the project lifecycle.Track project tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables using project management tools.Prepare and share clear, timely updates on project status, issues, and constraints.Maintain accurate, well-organized, and up-to-date project documentation and records.Draft and coordinate the execution of service contracts and collaboration agreements in line with TAF policies, governance requirements, and templates.Process invoices by coordinating with project team members and the Finance team to ensure accurate coding, approvals, and timely payment.Coordinate internal and external project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and tracking action items.Work closely with team members to support accurate, up-to-date project budgets and spending tracking.Collaborate across teams to support alignment, information sharing, and smooth project delivery.Support reporting required by funding agreements, including working with the Finance team to reconcile financial statements.Contribute to the development and tracking of key performance indicators for financial and progress reporting.Support data organization and assist with database development and maintenance.Help refine project management and reporting processes by contributing to shared best practices and standards.Contribute to TAF’s culture of collaboration, innovation, and impact.Represent TAF professionally in meetings and collaborative settings, building strong working relationships.Engage across teams to support integration, alignment, and coordination on cross‑functional initiatives.Participate in staff-wide initiatives, including meetings, working groups, planning sessions, and professional development activities.Qualifications and SkillsPost‑secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration, urban planning) or equivalent work experience.At least two years’ progressive experience in an administrative or project role, preferably in buildings or sustainability.Proven ability to coordinate and monitor projects, manage budgets, and maintain accurate documentation and file‑management systems.Clear communication skills, able to ensure understanding, respond patiently to inquiries, and work well with internal teams and external partners.Organized and resourceful, able to balance multiple tasks, troubleshoot challenges, and suggest improvements to processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project-management tools, and budgeting; experience with Salesforce is an asset.Ability to travel occasionally throughout the GTHA as needed (vehicle not required).BenefitsSalary range: $67,000 to $71,000.Other cash compensation: Home office setup support; $1,040 stipend ($40 bi-weekly) for cellphone and internet costs.Paid time off: 15 vacation days per year; up to 15 personal leave days per year; office closures on 14 statutory holidays (including Easter Monday, National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, and Remembrance Day); winter break between Boxing Day and New Year's Day (3 business days).Health & wellness benefits (after a 3‑month probationary period): Comprehensive employer-paid extended health, vision, and dental coverage for you and your dependants; employer-paid life insurance with optional enhanced coverage; employee-paid long‑term disability insurance with optional enhanced coverage; confidential access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Professional development support: Financial support and paid time off to pursue learning opportunities; team-wide training sessions and opportunities for professional growth.Hybrid, flexible work model: Spend an average of two days per week in a downtown Toronto office; work from your virtual office on non‑office days; flexible hours within a regular Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm schedule with adjustments as needed; occasional travel‑based remote work within limits.EEO Statement Indigenous applicants are encouraged to apply.
