We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Engineer with experience in Manual and Web Automation testing to join our fast-paced and innovative team. As a QA Analyst in Real Estate and Secured Lending, you will work with a team of talented Engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Web applications through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices. You will gain experience in the full Mortgage Lifecycle and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital products. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and ensure coverage of business-critical scenarios. Analyze test results, debug failures, and work closely with developers to resolve issues. Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Appium, or Selenium depending on platform and project needs. Support integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles. Utilize AI tools to enhance test case generation, defect prediction, and visual validation. Conduct accessibility testing using tools such as NVDA, JAWS, and WCAG compliance checkers. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on test automation for web applications, APIs, and mobile apps. 1+ year of hands‑on experience with Playwright, Appium, or Selenium. Strong experience in API automation using tools like Postman. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java for test automation. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA processes. Experience with JIRA and Confluence for test management. Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools and cloud-based testing platforms. Knowledge of accessibility standards (AODA, WCAG 2.0/2.1) and testing techniques. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
