Senior Business Project Manager, Enterprise Transformation Base Salary: CAD $94,406.00 - $142,069.00 As a member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), you will lead cross‑functional teams and drive strategic projects that shape the future of GreenShield. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, project planning and execution, performance tracking, team development, and travel to Windsor/Toronto quarterly. Key Responsibilities Act as a key leader, collaborating with program managers, sponsors, stakeholders and IT project managers to define project scope and build implementation plans. Build and foster strong relationships with team members and functional areas to drive project success. Facilitate problem‑solving sessions and lead ongoing project status updates and Steering Committee meetings. Take ownership of delivering business‑facing outcomes, coordinating status updates, monitoring plans, and facilitating workshops. Develop and oversee metrics to assess project progression and manage risks. Create KPIs, dashboards, and presentations, and manage all project artifacts. Coach resources and promote the PMO’s role through knowledge sharing. Travel to Windsor/Toronto quarterly as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required. Experience 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex, high‑profile projects, ideally in insurance, group benefits or benefits administration. Background in corporate strategy, business transformation or consulting. Skills and Abilities Strong problem‑solving, leadership, communication and organizational skills. Ability to influence, motivate and engage team members effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and advanced MS Office suite. Ability to create high‑impact presentations for senior leadership. Strong business acumen, understanding of strategy, change‑management frameworks, financial principles and operational transformation. Multi‑tasker with ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment. Nice to Have Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster). Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt).
