Security Engineering Lead / Security Officer We’re looking for a pragmatic, hands-on Security Engineering Lead or Security Officer to build and own security at an AI-driven SaaS company transforming semiconductor design . You’ll define and execute security strategy across product, cloud infrastructure, compliance, and operations—ensuring we meet enterprise standards like SOC 2 and earn customer trust. This is a foundational role with direct impact on product security, enterprise adoption, and company scale. What You’ll Do Own security for our AWS-based, cloud-native SaaS platform Design secure architectures for LLM endpoints, APIs, and microservices Lead SOC 2 compliance, audits , and continuous monitoring Establish incident response, disaster recovery, and secure SDLC practices Oversee vulnerability management, logging, and CI/CD security Lead employee security training and endpoint/device protection Act as the security point of contact for enterprise customers and audits What We’re Looking For Required 8+ years in security leadership within SaaS or cloud-native environments Proven experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks Strong knowledge of AWS security, IAM, Kubernetes Experience building security programs from scratch Excellent cross-functional communication skills Preferred Experience in high-IP or regulated industries (semiconductor, EDA, deep tech) Exposure to export controls or sensitive data governance Startup experience and high-ownership mindset Talent To Hire Inc. uses Workwolf’s AI-enabled tools to sort and screen applications based on job-related criteria.
