Our Finance Business Partner role offers an opportunity to influence decisions across Operations, HR, and Finance to strengthen profitability, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance. You will be at the center of decision-making, translating financial performance into sustainable growth. Responsibilities Provide regional leadership teams with trusted financial insight and actionable recommendations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Guide leaders on cost control, revenue trends, and margin improvement. Monitor key metrics, analyze variances, and identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Health & Safety to ensure financial alignment and compliance across the region. Leverage analytical expertise, communication, and business acumen to drive informed decisions and long-term success. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field CPA designation Five years of experience partnering with corporate and operational teams, providing active guidance and support Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes Advanced working knowledge of accounting systems; NetSuite and Great Plains experience preferred Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into practical business actions Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year, plus incentive compensation based on experience.
