What You’ll Do Take on a variety of tasks in a multidisciplinary environment and manage large portfolios that may include new water treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs, and feedermains. Apply excellent communication skills and strong organisational abilities; lead and thrive in a dynamic work environment while maintaining a high service level for clients. Develop and grow through a range of projects focused on the delivery and management of water and wastewater initiatives. Build a career path focused on technical leadership, project management, client management, or a combination based on your aspirations and qualifications. Project management for a variety of water and wastewater projects. Plan, design, and provide client‑focused expertise on water projects for a diverse client sector. Maintain client communications and expectations in line with our client‑service objectives. Prepare proposals, business development, and marketing materials within the municipal sector. Guide the project team through the preparation of technical reports to support the project and ensure the project and client needs are met efficiently and timely. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited post‑secondary institute or diploma in Engineering Technology from an accredited technical institute. Registered, or eligible for registration as a professional engineer with APEGA or a technologist with ASET. Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in the engineering consulting industry focused in the water or wastewater sector. Proven project‑management experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Committed team player and highly motivated. Self‑motivated and looking for career advancement. Valid driver’s licence. Ability to travel within Canada.
