Workiva Implementation Consultant Salary: $86–$97 per hour (Canada) – Temporary, Fixed term contract. Location: Toronto, Ontario (Remote with occasional on‑site workshops). This role involves hands‑on automation SOX testing and configuration/implementation of Workiva. You will work heavily with internal and external stakeholders, as well as an offshore delivery team. Key Responsibilities Configure the Workiva platform by building workflows to manage SOX program. Administer testing of integrated systems with internal teams and external vendors. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. Configure Workiva to support SOX testing automation, including workflow design and backend setup. Collaborate with offshore teams and a senior client manager to oversee implementation. Support a large user base through scalable configuration and testing plans. Required Skills and Experience 5–10 years of overall experience in banking/finance as a consultant. 1–2+ large‑scale Workiva implementation projects. Experience configuring the Workiva platform to manage SOX program, building workflows, and test plans. Strong understanding of Workiva’s GRC module and financial reporting module. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, experience working with offshore teams. Nice to Have Skills and Experience Familiarity with Archer and Peoplesoft for integrations. Exposure to Last‑Mile Reporting solutions such as Disclosure Management, Anaplan Disclosure Management, SAP Disclosure Management.
