Role: Manager, Campaign Analytics & Execution (Private Wealth) Duration: 18‑Month Contract | 37.5 hrs/week Location: core downtown Toronto– In office every Tuesday & every other Friday (no exceptions) Rate: depends on candidates expertise level / market rate Main Deliverables Own and execute end‑to‑end, data‑driven marketing campaigns for Private Wealth. Translate business requirements into hands‑on SAS‑driven campaign execution . Manage client data, segmentation, deployment, and post‑campaign reporting. Act as the senior campaign lead during maternity leave coverage. Technical Stack SAS (core campaign coding & execution – not UI/UX) SQL Salesforce or equivalent CRM (data manipulation, extract/transform/load) Campaign execution platforms (non‑UI focused) Nice to have: Power BI (dashboarding & reporting) Requirements 8+ years experience in campaign operations / marketing automation Proven hands‑on SAS coding for campaign execution (not just analytics) Experience executing high‑volume, precision‑based campaigns Strong background working with client data (segmentation, targeting, compliance) Prior experience operating at a manager or senior individual contributor level Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and partners Financial Services / Wealth / Banking experience preferred but not required Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution : intake, data prep, segmentation, deployment, and reporting Convert business and stakeholder requirements into technical SAS campaign logic Manipulate, extract, transform, and load data into Salesforce / CRM Partner with multiple business lines within Private Wealth Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and campaign compliance Provide senior‑level oversight while remaining hands‑on with coding
