A career as an executive assistant within the National Bank Investments team at National Bank means acting as a key executive support resource for three Vice Presidents (Governance, Investments and Legal Affairs; Governance; Investment Solutions and Analytics). Your role Coordinate senior management calendars, schedule meetings and organize the logistics related to meetings and business travel, while proposing practical improvements. Analyze and handle incoming requests, identify stakeholder needs and take appropriate action independently, with sound judgment and discretion. Manage administrative activities related to human resources, including monitoring staff movements, managing absences and processing administrative files. Coordinate information technology–related requests, including orders, follow-ups and the use of internal tools. Track invoices, budgets and ongoing financial activities for the sector. Prepare, review and enhance professional documents and presentations intended for an executive audience. Act as a resource person for the sector and stay informed of organizational and administrative updates.
