Position Overview Reporting to the Sr. Project Coordinator, the Project Coordinator – Hydrovacs supports daily scheduling, dispatch, and operational tracking for all Hydrovac activities across the region. This role ensures accurate processing of field requests, maintains centralized scheduling data, and provides reliable coordination between internal crews, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. Location GTA Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Central Hydrovac Schedule Database Process, acknowledge, and confirm all incoming Hydrovac field requests Coordinate and dispatch assignments to internal Hydrovac crews and subcontractors Maintain and update the Hydrovac fleet list and disposal locations profile Track and report on schedule KPIs for weekly operations reviews Ensure all dispatches include accurate client/job information and meet MOE/ECA disposal requirements Follow procurement guidelines when scheduling subcontractors Liaise with the Field Support Lead to incorporate required maintenance and repairs into the schedule Update the schedule with pre‑scheduled and upcoming work Required Knowledge and Experience Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Operations Management, Logistics/Fleet, or a related technical field (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in fleet, equipment, project management, scheduling or related field considered a strong asset Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage high‑volume requests Excellent coordination skills with field operations, dispatching crews, or supporting construction/utility teams Proficiency with databases, scheduling tools, and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders Ability to track KPIs, maintain accurate records, and produce clear operational reports Understanding of procurement guidelines and subcontractor coordination Detail‑oriented mindset with focus on accuracy, compliance, and safety requirements Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities Salary $58,000 - $70,000 annual (based on location, education, experience and unique skills) Equal Employment Opportunity AEcon fosters diversity, inclusion and belonging within and across our organization.
