Job Description You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. What You Will Do The mandate of the Project Management Office is to lead and manage the portfolio of initiatives, projects, business, and technical solutions for Fidelity Clearing Canada, based on priorities set forth in the strategic business plan and Fidelity Clearing Senior Management Team. The Program Manager is accountable for delivery of a portfolio of interrelated initiatives in support of FCC’s strategic objectives, delivering excellent customer experience to both internal and external clients, supported by exceptional leadership and relationship building skills. Collaborates with business leads and the FCC Senior Management Team (SMT) to understand the business strategy and plan the scope and initiation of projects within the program, including resourcing, funding, and prioritization. Establishes governance of a portfolio of projects, in alignment with FCC Strategic objectives. Ensures the proactive delivery of the program using recognized best practices in project/program management. Establishes collaborative relationships with Fidelity‑wide business and technology partners, including Fidelity International and Fidelity US, and acts as a lead contact for inter‑company project engagements. Responsible for the planning and execution of initiatives within the program. Lead cross functional project teams, provide coaching and mentorship to ensure success. Manage vendor involvement in projects, including the budgeting, forecasting, creation of statement of works, and day‑to‑day delivery of vendor partners supporting the project. Develop statement of work (SOW) artifacts to articulate proposed solutions to client needs. What We Are Looking For Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project/program management role. Completed Post‑secondary Degree (University/College) or equivalent work experience. Project Management experience in the financial industry, utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks. Demonstrated ability to organize and deliver complex, cross‑functional initiatives. Experience with FinTech, financial services back office, and regulatory projects. The Skills You Bring Expert knowledge of project/program management methodologies and frameworks (Utilization of flowcharts, analysis displays and integrated project plans, etc.). Expert at relationship building; creating high‑performing, collaborative teams. Identifying key partnerships required for success. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to understand strategic priorities and communicate the broader picture to all levels of the organization. Leadership, facilitation, negotiation, influence of intended outcomes. Solid understanding of financial industry and technology.
