Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Business Effectiveness) for a 6-month contract opportunity, with potential for extension. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence every Wednesday and Thursday at the downtown office location. The role supports a fast-paced, high-visibility corporate security function and contributes to multiple strategic and business transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders across business functions to align initiatives with strategic objectives Support and enhance complex business processes and operational improvements Lead and contribute to multiple concurrent workstreams and projects Drive change management activities and support enterprise transformation efforts Develop executive-level presentations, reporting materials, and strategic documentation Act as liaison between business teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery Must-Have Requirements 10+ years of experience in business management or business analysis roles 10+ years of experience supporting change management initiatives Experience leading multiple workstreams and driving process enhancements Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Experience leading or supporting strategic enterprise initiatives High level of professionalism with ability to operate in executive-facing environments Nice-to-Have Experience within corporate security or risk environments Prior experience in large financial institutions Experience with Power BI or reporting tools SharePoint experience Bilingual (French/English) considered an asset If you are interested & qualified for this opportunity, please send your updated resume in MS Word format to #J-18808-Ljbffr
