Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent. Responsibilities Act as a leader in improving the technology experience within Compass operations in the Quebec region. Identify gaps in efficiency and offerings, then explore solutions from operational, marketing, or technical perspectives. Facilitate calls and meetings with business partners to advise on the benefits of technologies to support growth in food service and hospitality. Lead analysis and discovery activities for technology deployments, support solution scoping, and recommend the best technology solution for each project. Manage project pipelines, conduct budgeting calculations, prepare cost estimates, and provide ongoing support during deployments. Research new opportunities and develop profitability analyses for new product development in collaboration with the Compass Digital Product team. Coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors, and clients to ensure successful technology launches and ongoing management. Build and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) with the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Engagement, to support Compass Group performance through technology. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Provide occasional support to business units in the sectors and act as an escalation point for technology issues. Provide ad hoc support to the Canada Digital Delivery Senior Director and the Compass Digital leadership team. Qualifications Strong technical background with practical understanding or experience using technologies in food service operations, particularly in Sports & Entertainment environments or remote camps. Passion for food and food service management — essential since every technology solution must be designed and deployed to ensure an optimal hospitality experience. Experience in hotel operations (a plus). Experience in estimation, technology solution development, and deep understanding of the food service domain. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening ability. Proven experience as a project manager, business analyst, and/or in sales — ideally in information technology. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Ability to travel within Canada 30-40% of the time, with frequent travel in the Greater Montreal area. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Office, and Smartsheets.
