We are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and outstanding results, utilizing advanced technologies and personalized care.Role Overview We are looking for an experienced EMR Implementation Specialist to join our Clinical Technology team. This is a pivotal role responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our Electronic Medical Record platforms — with Zenoti as the primary system. You will support clinic onboarding, data migrations, workflow design, form builds, and user training across our clinic network, working closely with our IT Support team and clinic Operations teams to resolve EMR‑related tickets and system issues.This position is based in Montréal and operates in a hybrid model, with occasional travel to US clinic locations (a few times per year) for go‑lives, training, and site support.Key Responsibilities EMR Administration & ConfigurationServe as the primary administrator for Zenoti across all clinic locations (shared with IT Team)Configure and maintain EMR settings, service menus, staff roles, permissions, and reportingBuild and maintain digital intake forms, consent documents, and clinical templatesManage system integrations and troubleshoot platform issues in coordination with vendorsMigrations & OnboardingLead end‑to‑end EMR migrations from legacy systems (Nextech, PatientNow, DrChrono, Meevo, and others) into ZenotiExecute data validation, cleansing, and import processes with accuracy and attention to compliance requirementsCoordinate new clinic onboarding including device setup, account provisioning, and go‑live supportDevelop and maintain repeatable migration frameworks and documentationTraining & SupportDeliver user training to clinic staff on EMR workflows, best practices, and platform updatesCreate and maintain training materials, SOPs, and quick‑reference guidesProvide ongoing EMR support, escalating to vendors when neededCollaborate with the IT Support team on EMR‑related helpdesk tickets, triaging issues and providing platform‑specific guidanceProcess & OptimizationIdentify workflow inefficiencies and recommend system improvementsCollaborate with clinic operations, billing, and clinical teams to align EMR configurations to business needsContribute to HIPAA compliance initiatives related to EMR data handling and access controlsQualifications Required3+ years of hands‑on EMR administration or implementation experienceExperience with at least one of: Zenoti, Nextech, PatientNow, or similar practice management/EMR systemsStrong attention to detail and data integrity mindsetExcellent communication skills in English — both written and verbalComfortable working in a distributed, multi‑location organizationPreferredDirect Zenoti administration experience (highly preferred)Background in aesthetics, medical spa, or dermatology clinic environmentsFamiliarity with HIPAA compliance requirements in a clinical tech contextExperience building digital forms and clinical intake workflowsExperience managing data migrations between EMR platformsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceHybrid work model based in MontréalCollaborative, fast‑paced environment with a supportive IT teamExposure to a growing clinic network across Canada and the United StatesOpportunity to shape and modernize clinical technology across a scaling organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
