You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of assignments, from defining requirements through to delivery, ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules, and technical requirements. You will also play a central role in client relationships on critical projects.Your Responsibilities Project Management- Define client needs and frame the scope of workPrepare service proposals and establish fee budgetsPlan and coordinate resources (internal and external)Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and performance indicatorsIdentify and manage risks and critical issuesTrack progress and ensure the quality of deliverablesManage scope changes and additional feesMaintain client communication and business relationshipsOversee billing and project profitabilityTechnical Responsibilities- Perform design, calculations, and sizing of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, automatic controls)Select and specify equipment and technical solutionsEnsure compliance with codes, standards, and critical project requirementsCoordinate design with other disciplines (structural, electrical, architectural)Review and approve drawings, specifications, and calculationsProvide technical guidance to teams (engineers and technicians)Participate in technical studies, option analyses, and design decisions (reliability, redundancy, performance)Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, and issue resolutionIf this role aligns with your profile, we invite you to submit your application.
