In this role, your primary responsibility is to identify how to best support client workflows and requirements using the functionalities, features and options available within our product portfolio, and then to demonstrate the proposed solutions. What you’ll be doing day to day Working with both existing and prospective clients, you : Identify stated and unstated functional and technical needs. Analyze and document clinical use cases, workflows and requirements. Adapt and configure products and functionalities to best support client workflows and to meet requirements for all use cases. Write comprehensive, realistic scenarios using a level of detail and technical vocabulary appropriate to each target audience. Test and validate all proposed solutions. Prepare all required datasets and configurations in our demo environments. Perform live and/or recorded demonstrations. As you grow into this role and become a solutions expert, you will support other business functions with your product knowledge and understanding of client processes.
