Salary Range: $100,534 - $111,069 per year. The above base pay range may vary depending on location, job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. We are seeking a Production Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology. You are the engine that keeps the process running smoothly, helping define how AI systems generate high‑quality product visuals and storytelling at scale – from concept to final delivery. What You’ll Do Cross‑Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between artists and creative leadership, ensuring seamless communication, alignment on project goals, and timely execution of deliverables. Pipeline & Asset Management: Oversee the organization and flow of assets through our production pipelines, meticulously tracking versions, reference materials, and AI‑generated outputs from initial concept to final delivery. Schedule & Task Tracking: Utilize production tracking software (Shotgrid/Flow) to maintain accurate shot data, assign daily tasks, monitor real‑time progress, and flag potential schedule risks or bottlenecks to the Senior Producer. Dailies & Review Facilitation: Schedule, prep, and run daily creative reviews. Actively capture precise technical/creative notes and ensure actionable feedback is promptly documented and distributed to the artists for the next versions. Quality Control (QC): Perform rigorous first‑pass technical and visual reviews on all incoming assets and AI outputs. Identify rendering errors, artifacts, or brief inconsistencies before the work is presented to the Senior Producer or Creative Leads. What You’ll Need Experience using production tracking systems (Shotgrid/Flow). Professional experience working alongside teams creating imagery or video using 3D and/or generative AI tools and workflows. Strong understanding of digital media creation fundamentals and how a standard production pipeline operates. An ultra‑organized mindset capable of keeping track of massive datasets, version‑controlled reference images, and hundreds of iterative AI outputs. Excellent communication skills – specifically the ability to translate “creative speak” into actionable technical steps for the artists. A highly proactive approach to problem‑solving, with the ability to anticipate production needs, identify potential bottlenecks, and address them before they impact the schedule. Nice to Have Familiarity with advanced Generative AI Image & Video workflows. Experience working within an Animation or VFX pipeline. Experience contributing to automation or pipeline improvements. Familiarity with 2D applications (Nuke, Adobe Creative Cloud, Resolve) to understand the compositing process. Functional knowledge of 3D DCCs (Maya, Vray) and workflows.
