Client is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect or Solutions Architect with a broad, organization-wide architecture guidance-setting mindset. This role will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide technology strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering innovation. The ideal candidate is a visionary thinker who combines strong strategic acumen with hands-on technical expertise, a collaborative approach, and the ability to inspire innovation across teams. This position goes beyond solution design, requiring influence on organizational strategy while driving actionable execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies. Establish and maintain enterprise architecture principles, governance, patterns, and standards to guide IT initiatives. Continuously evaluate trends, tools, and methodologies. Recommend disruptive technologies that can transform business models. Holistic Solution Architecture Balance high-level enterprise architecture with actionable, practical solution designs. Ensure seamless integration of applications, data, and processes across business functions. Organizational Execution & Collaboration Work across departments to break down silos and align business needs with technical capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure execution of architectural strategies. Governance & Risk Management Define and enforce architecture governance processes. Anticipate and address risks related to resiliency, scalability, security, and technical debt. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Java/J2EE or Python, including ability to build prototypes/POCs. Deep understanding of enterprise systems, Generative AI business cases, coding assistance, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture). Strong background in data architecture, integration, analytics, and governance frameworks. Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns with practical application. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to design and implement solutions. Experience in ideating and scaling innovation programs and fostering IT-business alignment. Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to influence and inspire across organizational boundaries. 4+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise architecture roles. DESIRED SKILLS Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar. Experience with frameworks like ITIL, COBIT, or Lean Portfolio Management. Implementation-level knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI. Strong database skills (relational and semi-structured).
