Run the Show: Under the guidance of your Lead, you’ll set up, facilitate, and oversee interactive games for all ages. Engage the Crowd: Encourage participation, explain rules, and ensure everyone has a safe, fantastic time. Proactive Support: Spot a gap and fill it! Help your Lead keep activity zones organized and exciting. The Community Bar (July 1st): Help staff our most popular social hub! Fast‑paced role for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere. Service with a Smile: Assist your Lead in taking orders, processing payments, and serving cold beverages. Vibe Management: Keep the bar area clean, well‑stocked, and welcoming while managing the queue efficiently. Requirement: Must be 18+. You’ll work with experienced leads to ensure a fun and responsible service environment. The "Ground Crew" (June 30 & July 2): Perfect for those who enjoy physical work and seeing a project come together from scratch. Set‑up (June 30): Transform the park by setting up tents, tables, signage, and activity zones. Teardown (July 2): Help us pack away efficiently so we leave our park better than we found it. Responsabilités Animation et activités (1er juillet): En tant que "Équipe Énergie", vous serez le visage du festival, assurant une ambiance électrisante et engageant la foule au parc Central. Diriger l'action: Sous la direction de votre chef, vous installerez, animerez et superviserez des jeux interactifs pour tous les âges. Engagez la foule: Encouragez la participation, expliquez les règlements et assurez-vous que tout le monde s'amuse en toute sécurité. Soutien proactif: Soyez aux aguets ! Aidez votre chef à garder les zones d'activités organisées et passionnantes. Le bar communautaire (1er juillet): Aidez à animer notre carrefour social le plus populaire! Rôle au rythme soutenu. Service avec le sourire: Aidez votre chef à prendre les commandes, à traiter les paiements et à servir des boissons fraîches. Gestion de l'ambiance: Aidez à garder la zone du bar propre, bien approvisionnée et accueillante, tout en gérant la file d'attente efficacement. Exigence: Doit être âgé de 18 ans et plus. Vous travaillerez avec des responsables expérimentés pour assurer un service amusant et responsable. L'"Équipe de terrain" (30 juin et 2 juillet): L'événement ne peut avoir lieu sans cet effort! Parfait pour ceux qui aiment le travail physique. Montage (30 juin): Transformez le parc en installant des tentes, tables, signalisation et zones d'activités. Démontage (2 juillet): Aidez-nous à tout ranger efficacement afin de laisser notre parc dans un état impeccable. Requirements & Skills / Exigences et compétences Functional Bilingualism: Essential for public‑facing roles. Comfortable greeting and assisting guests in English and French. High Energy & Initiative: Volunteers who aren't afraid to jump in, lead a game, or help a teammate without being asked. Team Player: Positive, collaborative attitude is a must.
