Sitecore Architect (XM Cloud) Location: Toronto, ON Work Style: Hybrid, 2 days onsite Skills: Digital: Sitecore Experience Required: 10 & Above Role Summary The Sitecore Architect leads the design and delivery of Client's enterprise digital experience platform using Sitecore XM Cloud, enabling scalable, secure, and personalized customer and stakeholder experiences. This role defines architecture standards, guides development teams, and ensures cloud-first, composable best practices aligned with business, regulatory, and security requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end architecture for Sitecore XM Cloud–based solutions across public websites, customer portals, and internal digital platforms Define and enforce: Information architecture Content modeling & content lifecycle strategies Headless and composable DXP patterns Design integration architecture between XM Cloud and: CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics) SAP systems (S/4HANA, IS U) Customer Information Systems (CIS) Analytics, search, and personalization platforms Establish standards for: Front-end frameworks (Next.js, React) APIs, GraphQL, and middleware Security, identity, and access management Guide teams on: Sitecore Content Editor & Experience Edge usage Workflow, governance, and multi-site/multi-tenant setups Oversee CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments using: Azure DevOps pipeline automation Ensure solutions meet: Utility regulatory requirements Accessibility (AODA / WCAG) Data privacy and cybersecurity standards Collaborate with: Business stakeholders UX and content teams Cloud, security, and enterprise architecture teams Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural decision support Technical Skills & Experience Hands‑on experience as a Sitecore Architect with XM Cloud Strong expertise in: Headless and composable DXP architectures Sitecore Content Modeling, Layout Service, and Experience Edge Front‑end & integration skills: Next.js, React, TypeScript REST / GraphQL APIs Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) Security & governance: Identity integration (Azure AD / SSO) Role‑based access control Content governance models Experience integrating with enterprise platforms: SAP (S/4HANA, IS U) CRM, analytics, and personalization tools Knowledge of Sitecore migration strategies, especially: XP → XM Cloud transitions Utility & Enterprise Experience Experience working in: Utilities, energy, or regulated industries Familiarity with: Regulatory content requirements Customer communications and outage‑related messaging High availability and disaster recovery design #J-18808-Ljbffr
