The Opportunity T‑RIZE is seeking a highly capable Director, Institutional Accounts to lead and strengthen the firm’s institutional client relationships across the full lifecycle of engagement. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the Chief Executive Officer , this individual will serve as a key relationship leader for institutional accounts, helping guide clients from initial qualification through onboarding, execution coordination, and long‑term account development. This is a strategic, client‑facing role for a highly credible and autonomous professional who can operate with maturity in a demanding institutional environment. The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination across clients, internal teams, and external counterparties, ensuring that complex initiatives move forward with structure, discipline, and clarity. Key Responsibilities Build and sustain trusted, long‑term relationships with T‑RIZE’s institutional clients, strategic accounts, and key market counterparties. Guide clients through early‑stage qualification, opportunity assessment, onboarding, and the advancement of platform‑related and financing initiatives. Work closely with the COO on execution discipline, account coordination, prioritization, and operational follow‑through. Work closely with the CEO on strategic relationship development, high‑value opportunities, and the cultivation of key institutional accounts. Coordinate the progression of financing and tokenization initiatives involving multiple internal teams and external stakeholders. Ensure alignment between client objectives, internal delivery capabilities, and partner requirements. Maintain rigorous oversight of account progress, milestones, next steps, dependencies, and execution risks. Coordinate with ecosystem participants including broker‑dealers, insurers, advisors, rating agencies, legal stakeholders, and other relevant counterparties involved in the structuring and advancement of transactions. Anticipate bottlenecks, coordination issues, and execution risks, and contribute proactively to their resolution. Help design and strengthen scalable client management processes, operating standards, and relationship management best practices consistent with institutional expectations. Deliver a client experience defined by professionalism, responsiveness, structure, and institutional credibility. Represent T‑RIZE in selected industry conferences, executive forums, institutional meetings, and strategic market engagements to support relationship development, market visibility, and opportunity origination. Participate in client presentations, panel discussions, webinars, private roundtables, and business development meetings where institutional positioning, relationship cultivation, and market education are required. Support T‑RIZE’s presence in international business discussions and cross‑border relationship‑building efforts, helping expand and mature strategic opportunities with institutional stakeholders.
