About the Role At PwC, our people in Workforce Transformation focus on organizational transformation, change management, HR and talent. As a Senior Manager – Change Management, you will lead and support large‑scale change‑management engagements in various contexts, ranging from technology to business‑model implementation. Responsibilities Partner with skilled PwC professionals on high‑profile client engagements. Lead a wide range of business‑development activities to identify opportunities with new and existing clients in collaboration with account leads. Lead multiple complex change‑management engagements covering stakeholder mapping, governance, impact assessment, adoption strategy, communication and training plans. Facilitate and lead innovative client workshops and guide client teams. Manage engagement economics and oversee high‑quality work to ensure delivery excellence. Coach teammates, recognize strengths, and encourage personal development. Drive the creation of innovative products, accelerators and methodologies that define the future of the workforce in the Agentic AI era. Keep up to date on trends across the AI and change‑management landscape, sharing insights and contributing to thought‑leadership. Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen locally, nationally and globally. Qualifications Significant experience delivering organizational transformation and technology implementation services in multiple industries, in consulting or in‑house roles. Demonstrated experience in multiple Workforce Transformation areas such as technology implementation (Workday, SAP, Salesforce, cybersecurity, etc.), business‑model implementation and impacts of AI on the workforce. Storytelling and executive presentation skills. Strong track record of leading and managing teams to achieve sustained results, while mentoring and developing future leaders. Experience leading proposals and related presentations to drive sales efforts. Experience managing multiple engagements and coaching different teams across various topics and domains. Ability to create new sales opportunities from new and existing clients. Strong client relationships driven by service excellence. Creative approach to solving client challenges and eagerness to learn and understand processes. Ability to multi‑task and manage ambiguity in fast‑paced environments. Excellent communication and storytelling, simplifying complex concepts. Prior consulting experience is highly recommended. Fluency in English and French is required for supporting English‑speaking clients, colleagues or stakeholders during the course of employment with PwC Canada. Compensation The salary range for this position is $168,000 – $218,000. Eligible employees may receive variable incentive pay programs designed to reward individual and firm‑wide achievements. Base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and location. In addition to base salary, employees may have access to competitive benefits and flexibility programs.
