International Consulting We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Global Benefits Assistant Vice President to support Aon’s Global Benefits Practice. This great career opportunity offers diversified project and client exposure. Implement consulting assignments including benefit audits, benchmarking, opening for business, M&A, total rewards, governance, risk management, global DC consulting, and other types of Global Benefits client projects with very little direction. Client Relationship Management Have strong ability to understand business needs and proficient project management skills, manage revenue and be fully accountable for client relationship building and management. Responsible for managing strategic and tactical interaction with assigned clients and coordinating the efforts of a multidisciplinary team of consultants in numerous locations around the world. Revenue Growth Responsible for achieving revenue growth goals and expanding the existing client base through prospecting, cross‑selling, and opportunity management. Intellectual Capital Development and Training Participate in task forces, think tanks, and special project teams; train and mentor junior members of the team to help them develop their understanding of M&A, Global Benefits, and consulting skills. Priority Will Be Given To Candidates With Minimum 6 to 8 years of direct experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services firm working with clients with international locations. Solid understanding of international employee benefits. International benefits consulting experience is strongly desired. Demonstrated consultative skills to effectively work in a cohesive team environment as well as the ability to communicate with a variety of internal and external parties. Strong management and analytical ability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills. Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced and time‑sensitive environment. Demonstrated interest in the global environment, other cultures, and languages. Strong functional knowledge of Excel specific to creating, formatting, and evaluating formulas and working within templates. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products along with Adobe products. Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (mathematics, finance, economics, or other degrees where quantitative skills are required is an advantage). Advanced degree or equivalent experience or project management certification is an advantage. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
