Sales and Marketing Manager Position Overview Sales and Marketing Manager is a senior leader responsible for developing and executing clearly defined sales, marketing, and communications strategies in a manner that supports consistent business growth and enhances the brand. Working closely with the national marketing team, retail and customer care, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, managing and delivering objectives of sales growth, profitability and visibility in the region. This requires a leader who can translate a passion for technology and past sales and marketing success into results. A combination of visiting existing and/or prospective business customers within BC and working from home/On-site. Responsibilities The ability to identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor’s share and competitor’s strengths and weakness, forecasting budgets and establishing target market share. Proactively identify and manage "grass roots" marketing and sponsorship activities in high growth areas. The ability to lead multiple sales teams across diverse sales channels and have a track record of meeting sales targets. A sense of urgency and enjoy the challenges associated with delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment, while empowering and developing the team that you lead. Requirements A passion for community and knowledge of the Delta territory. A proven leader, you have the ability to influence, develop and empower employees to achieve objectives within a team approach. You possess a post-secondary education in business or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a marketing management position. You enjoy planning, budgeting, and managing multiple complex priorities. Able to attend in person meetings with clients and build strong client relationships.
