Spend a summer with us as The Knowlesville Art and Nature Centre – create friendships and memories to last a lifetime The summer programs administrator will act as Programs Administrator under the leadership of the organizations Chief Financial Officer. They will assist with a variety of administrative duties involved in summer nature programs for rural children, families, and adults in the area. Key Responsibilities Assist with a variety of administrative duties involved in summer nature programs for rural children, families, and adults in the area. Assist with the collection and tracking of camp fee payments/receivables, enrollment processes, intake and registration forms. Compile and prepare camper information to support the lead camp counsellor. Assist with writing and distributing e‑mail updates to camper families and mailing lists, camper updates along with prospective and current family client call‑outs. Photo chronicle camp experiences and provide updates to website, newsletter and social media sites. Help with general organizational administrative tasks like digital filing when daily tasks are completed. Assist CFO with accounting functions such as data entry, bookkeeping, payroll, deposits and reconciliations. Provide tours of KANC. Assist with the delivery of summer programming when needed, manage the resource library and learning supplies within, assist with the supervision of the care of the centre grounds, trails, gardens and tree nurseries. Assist in writing emails, newsletters and social media posts. Communicate professionally with parents and staff. Perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to working with children, gardening, cleaning and cooking when possible. Assets Experience working with children. Familiarity with Microsoft office. Details Seasonal, Full‑Time – June 1st Ideal start date (negotiable). 12 Weeks, 35 hours a week. $15.65–16.65/hour, depending on experience. In‑Person. Requirements Must be a student residing in NB. Experience working with groups of children. An affinity for the natural world. Must have the ability to receive and follow direction. A clear Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening done within the past 12 months. Standard/Intermediate First Aid & CPR training. Strong reading and written and oral communication skills. The ability to provide outstanding customer service to children and parents. Must be prepared to dress appropriately for weather and conditions in order to be comfortable outside for long periods of time and at all times of the year (e.g., rain pants, bug jacket).
