Regional Vice President of Sales for Canteen Canada is responsible for leading the sales support strategy, planning and the functions essential to support the sales agenda as well as deliver against the growth ambitions of Canteen Canada and Compass Group Canada.ResponsibilitiesWork as a key member of Sales Leadership team (SLT) to support and accelerate overall growth of Canteen Canada’s market shareDevelop, implement and evaluate national sales strategies and objectivesLead the New Business & Growth support resources including market insight & prospecting, proposal responses & presentation development, proforma process, analytics and benchmarkingProvide leadership and coaching to the sales organizationLead sales planning, proposal and RFP processesAccountable for the annual sales performance management cadenceOwn the CRM sales planning and reporting process and work closely with the CGO to set annual targetsEnsure voice of customer, consumer insights and company strategies are embedded in planningEstablish high levels of accountability and performance management underpinned by a winning and collaborative cultureWork closely with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurementsEstablish M&E process for continuous improvement and maximum effectivenessModel and embrace the Compass Canada Leadership Commitments of We Care, We Share, We Dream and We DeliverQualifications10 years senior sales experience, minimum 5 years at a leadership level and/or 5 years in a leadership level for sales operations, business planning, or sales support management role.MBA or extensive leadership training preferred, Bachelor’s degree requiredStrong people management and leadership to build, coach, inspire and engage a high-performing team.Strategic innovator with proven leadership and successful sales qualitiesDocumented track record of growing new business sales and experience of leading in matrix organizations.Strong P&L management experience and ability to analyze and interpret complex financial and operational dataExpert understanding and experience in leading and teaching sales processes and sales support functions that drive profitable revenue growthExcellent presentation skills and experience presenting to internal and external C level leadership teamsFlexible in style and approach to work with varying disciplines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
