Manage Genius processes including gradebook reviews, levelling oversight, workflow improvements, and support for new Genius personnel. Populate and maintain operational resources within the Campus Corral and Continuous Learning and Improvement Portal (CLIP) platforms. Ensure timely and accurate updates to operational documents, resources, templates, and internal systems. Coordinate student levelling processes, communication emails, and system transitions. Leadership Council Implementation Translate decisions of Leadership Council and senior administration into operational processes and system changes. Coordinate rollout of new initiatives, ensuring campuses and staff understand expectations and procedures. Support change management processes related to programming, systems, and workflow improvements. Prepare operational updates, reports, presentations, and materials for campus administration meetings. Student Operations and Programming Support Act as liaison for administrative assistants regarding operational support for full-time students. Lead operational supports for adult student programming. Assist with Dual Credit supervision processes and Practical and Applied Arts (PAA A & B) compliance checks. Coordinate operational oversight for Power Engineering programming.
