Global Sourcing Strategy (Primary Accountability)Build and manage sourcing network across:Bangladesh, India, PakistanChina, Vietnam, Central AsiaSelect factories based on:Capability (product/category)Compliance and reliabilityContinuously optimize country allocation strategyOwn and manage PLM and Sourcing Management systems like Centric/WFX2. Costing & Margin OwnershipDevelop accurate, scalable costing frameworksNegotiate directly with mills and factoriesIdentify and eliminate margin leakageEnsure pricing supports commercial strategy while protecting profitability3. Merchandising & Product Lifecycle ExecutionOwn full lifecycle:Sampling and developmentFit approvalsPre-production (PP) and TOP approvalsBuild and enforceTNA (Time & Action) disciplineEnsure alignment between:Factory capabilitiesDelivery timelines4. Production & Delivery ManagementOwn execution from order placement to shipmentMonitor production progress across vendorsIdentify risks early and implement recovery plans5.
