This role requires a balance of strategic planning, hands‑on leadership, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute sales strategy to drive SaaS adoption across the medspa and aesthetic market, achieving ambitious revenue growth and market-share goals. Develop, mentor, and scale a high‑performing sales organization , fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go‑to‑market initiatives and maximize client acquisition and retention. Own pipeline management end‑to‑end , including regular pipeline reviews, forecasting accuracy, and deal strategy to ensure consistent revenue delivery. Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, partnerships, and enterprise accounts to expand BoomerangFX’s footprint in new and existing markets. Drive data‑informed decision‑making through KPI tracking, reporting, and insights presented to the CEO and executive team. Requirements 7-10+ years of progressive experience in SaaS sales leadership, ideally within healthcare, aesthetics, or related industries. Proven success building and scaling sales teams from the ground up in high‑growth environments. Strong experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Demonstrated ability in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue operations discipline . Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive results through others. Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of translating business goals into executable sales plans. Deep understanding of the healthcare and aesthetics landscape, including emerging trends, technologies, and client needs. Nice-to-Haves Experience in fast‑paced startup environments or rapidly scaling companies. Knowledge of the broader private pay healthcare landscape and relevant regulatory frameworks. Insight into emerging trends in healthcare SaaS and marketing. MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
