Job Details Location: Quebec, QC Salary: 18-$23/hr + Bonus of 50 USD per week (based on productivity) Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with additional hours possible during peak periods About the Role Description Du Poste / Job Description Lead and work alongside team members, including task assignment, training, and evaluating work quality. Monitor employee attendance and productivity, and take action to improve performance when needed. Ensure all employees follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Communicate concerns, updates, and completion timelines with site management and the client. Key Responsibilities Experience or ability to learn team management and training of new employees. Experience with stand-up counterbalance forklifts (dock stacker). Ability to use basic computer software such as Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office 365 to send POs, upload to SharePoint, and complete daily (EOD) reports. Unload and break down freight (e.g., trucks, trailers, railcars, etc.). Sort and organize merchandise. Operate various material handling equipment. Sort, repackage, and label products. Identify unusable pallets. Read, count, and use an RF scanner (training provided). Job Requirements 2 years of warehouse experience preferred; 6+ months of warehouse/distribution team lead experience. Understanding of and experience with warehouse management systems. Basic data entry experience, including time and attendance tracking. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment—regularly lifting and moving up to 50 lbs. Forklift, electric pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment certification preferred. Ability to meet, lead, and inspire fast-paced productivity goals and standards. Excellent customer service skills required. Ability to work in various weather conditions (including cold/freezer areas if needed). Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per day. Strong communication skills. Safety shoes required. Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
