Your mandate will primarily consist of providing service to clients with pension plans (governance reports, pension committee meetings, employee presentations, etc.). The candidate will also actively contribute to the development of new retirement business and the visibility of the practice. Your main tasks will include: Conduct courtesy visits with partner brokers to maintain strong relationships, build long-term business connections, support problem resolution, and foster new business development; Prepare governance reports within established deadlines, analyze and validate information, and present findings to group representatives and/or brokers; Explain various pension plan features to group representatives or plan members through calls, meetings, or information sessions; Actively participate in the development of new retirement business; Provide technical and professional leadership in one or more areas of the practice; Contribute to the development of the practice and the training of team members; Promote the company’s proprietary and related products and identify business opportunities; Support other advisors in business development as well as administrative and/or technical follow-ups on their files; Coordinate the implementation and enrollment of new groups, as well as the transfer of existing groups, and follow up on information requests; Collaborate with partners/insurers by providing all required information and documentation during the sale of a group, the implementation of a new plan, group transfers, or terminations; Represent AGA Benefit Solutions at conferences or seminars, lead or participate in training sessions as a facilitator or resource person, and prepare post-event reports; Gather market intelligence on methods, products, procedures, and other relevant information to help improve service quality while proposing constructive solutions; Actively participate in sales and SWAT meetings; Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. Required Qualifications: Hold over 10 years of experience in pension plans; Strong knowledge of social legislation; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written. Proficiency in both languages is essential to analyze and understand contractual documents, brochures, and communications from internal and external sources, often written in either language. It is also required to provide phone and email support to English-speaking clients across Canada and to collaborate effectively with colleagues outside the province. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities; Ability to negotiate, influence, and mobilize team members, with strong political acumen; Demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and honesty; Maintain strict confidentiality of client information entrusted to AGA.
