Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to join our team at our Vaughan, ON, location. This on-site role involves assisting customers in finding vehicles that fit their needs, building relationships to foster customer loyalty, and meeting sales goals. Responsibilities include explaining vehicle features, arranging test drives, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience by building relationships and creating customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Demonstrate expert product knowledge of MINI vehicles and technology. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology. Conduct high-quality vehicle demonstrations (new & pre-owned) Maintain strong follow-up to drive referrals and retention Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Bring your ‘A game’ and positive attitude with you every day Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Automotive sales experience Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s Fantastic communication skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance ONE-Eighty experience an asset Job Type Full-time Permanent In-person License/Certification OMVIC (required) Class G Driver's licence (required) Criminal background check & driver’s abstract (required) What we offer Competitive commission-based compensation plan with additional incentive opportunities based on performance. Expected earnings range from $60,000 to $110,000 annually , with top performers exceeding this range.
