Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $140,000- $163,000, with a 35-hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity. As our Senior Manager, Application Development, you will lead and mentor a cross‑functional, AI‑augmented engineering team responsible for delivering secure, scalable web, API, and intelligent applications. You’ll play a key role in modernizing our development practices, integrating AI into our workflows, and ensuring our systems are resilient, high‑performing, and aligned with business goals.
